Ripley US02 Max Semicon Shaver & Stripping Tool

Ripley US02 Max Semicon Shaver & Stripping Tool quickly and easily removes bonded semi-con from MV & HV Power Cables up to 80mm diameter without the requirement for lubrication.

The semicon tool with a unique blade shape and stop position, this precision tool preserves the smooth surface on insulation and bevels off the edge, eliminating the need for additional surface finishing by the Jointer. The compact design accurately removes semi-con within 1.96′′ (50 mm) of the jacket on mid-span and end stripping applications.

Ripley US02-7000 Semicon Shaver & Stripping Tool quickly and easily removes bonded semi-con from MV & HV power cables up to 800sqmm conductors without the requirement for lubrication.

The semicon removal tool has a unique blade shape which preserves the smooth surface on the XLPE insulation of medium voltage cables typically distributing electrical power at 11kV and 33kV voltages – the Ripley US02 tool eliminates the need for deburring or additional surface finishing of the cable insulation.

Ripley US15 Cable Sheath Jacket Stripping Tool provides fast, safe, and precise cable sheath/jacket removal from both hard and soft insulated cables without damaging the underlying layers on LV MV HV (Low | Medium | High Voltage Cables).

The US15 tool from Ripley is a versatile medium duty slitting tool, used primarily to assist in the removal of outer sheathing and primary insulation on LV-MV industrial power cables. The cable stripping tool is equipped with a hardened steel blade, and is capable of performing slit, ring, and spiral cuts on cable diameters from 10 to 50mm.

Ripley US15 PRO Cable Sheath Jacket Stripping Tool is capable of performing slit, ring, and spiral cuts on cable diameters from 10 to 60 mm. Equipped with a high-grade steel blade, the versatile tool provides fast, safe, and precise jacket removal from both hard and soft insulated cables without damaging the underlying layers. The US15 PRO has a micro adjustable blade depth to avoid underlying cable damage.

The Ripley US15 PRO tool is a heavier duty slitting tool primarily used to assist in the removal of outer sheathing and primary insulation on low and medium voltage power cables.
