ABTECH’s fibre optic enclosures are designed to safely protect and manage critical fibre optic infrastructure in demanding industrial and hazardous environments. Suitable for a wide range of fibre terminations, splicing and patching applications, the enclosures support multiple splice trays, connectors and cable entries, providing secure organisation and long-term reliability for optical communications systems.

Constructed from 2mm 316L stainless steel with robust gland plates, high-integrity sealing gaskets and heavy-duty fixings, the enclosures provide high levels of ingress protection, typically up to IP66/67. Options are available for hazardous area certification, including ATEX and IECEx, ensuring safe and reliable fibre optic protection in Zone-rated locations.

This fibre optic termination enclosure is designed to safely protect and manage fibre optic terminations and splices in Zone 1 hazardous areas, ensuring reliable data and communications performance in harsh industrial environments. The enclosure supports a wide range of fibre configurations, including multiple splice trays and termination panels and is suitable for high fibre counts to meet complex network requirements.

Features include DTS-01 deluge testing, heavy-duty machined hinges with a lift-off, padlockable cover, 2mm 316L stainless-steel construction and external heavy-duty 3mm angle frames for mounting. Certified for Zone 1 & 21 hazardous areas and supplied with ATEX and IECEx certificates.
