Prysmian KCA472-62 E1WF75S cable glands are suitable for terminating circular steel wire armoured (SWA) cables with extruded polymeric bedding and oversheath in Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas – E1WF cable glands are ΙΙ 2GD, Ex e ΙΙ & Ex d ΙΙC classified under ATEX directive 94/9/EC.

Prysmian E1WF75S hazardous area cable glands provide Ex d (explosion-proof) and Ex e (flameproof) cable termination with dual seal protection, sealing performance and ingress protection – IP66 seal onto cable and to enclosure with suitable sealing washer or thread sealant is achieved.
