Ellis Patents Hercules Heavy Duty Non-Metallic Cable Hanger is a robust GRP cable hanger system manufactured from UL listed heavy duty glass reinforced polymer for long-term cable support in demanding indoor and outdoor environments. Designed to deliver strong mechanical performance with excellent dielectric properties, these GRP cable hangers provide an insulating cable hanger solution that does not require earth bonding or grounding.

The non-metallic cable hangers system is UV resistant, will not rust or corrode, and offers flexible installation through a modular backplate and hanger arrangement. For projects requiring LV & HV supports for power cables, backplates can be installed first and linked in tandem to achieve the required height, while hangers slot into place later as needed, with a keeper included with every hanger to lock the system securely.

The Hercules range of GRP cable hangers manufactured by Ellis Patents are a heavy duty non-metallic cable hanger system developed for reliable LV and HV power cable support where corrosion resistance, dielectric performance and installation flexibility are critical. Manufactured from glass reinforced polymer (GRP), the system is suited to long-term installations in environments exposed to moisture, outdoor weathering and sunlight.

Insulating Cable Hanger System

Unlike metallic alternatives, the Hercules hanger offers excellent dielectric properties, making it an insulating cable hanger that does not require earth bonding or grounding. Flexible Backplate & Cable Hanger Configuration

Hercules is designed as a modular cable hanger system with multiple hanger sizes and dedicated backplates. Backplates can be installed in tandem and slot into each other to achieve the required height, while the hangers slot into the backplate so the backplate can be installed first and the hangers added later as required. A keeper is included with every hanger to lock the hanger securely in place.
