GRP Cable Ladder
GRP cable ladders manufactured by MITA powered by WIBE provide excellent resistance to fire and the effects of corrosion. Additionally GRP is not effected by temperature changes, adverse weather conditions, it provides UV stability resulting in the most cost effective long term solution for cable support of LV (Low Voltage), MV (Medium Voltage) and HV (High Voltage) power, signal and instrumentation cables.
The range features the MITA GMLN, GAL and GXL Series of GRP cable ladders supported by a complete range of accessories and ancillaries including flat bends, external risers, internal risers, tee/cross units, reducers and couplers.
What is the Difference Between Cable Ladders and Cable Trays?
With a range of cable support solutions available, it might be difficult to know which option is best suited for your application. When it comes to cable ladders and cable troughs and trays there are a few fundamental distinctions that should make your choice easier. Read this short guide to find the right fit.
Generally, cable ladders are preferred for supporting high volume or heavy cabling, especially if there are long spans between supports.
Cable trays, such as the CABSYS tray range, are typically used for lightweight cable support, in addition to instrumentation and tubing.
