Polypipe Ridgiduct Street Lighting Cable Duct

Polypipe Ridgiduct street lighting cable duct provides a durable, lightweight and flexible twinwall cable protection and is used for street lighting and traffic signal applications.

Street lighting cable duct is available in three inner diameter sizes of 94mm, 100mm and 150mm and in lengths of 6 metres.

The cable duct is manufactured from high density polyethylene (HDPE) and is supplied with a black polypropylene (PP) coupler.

Polypipe street lighting cable duct has a static coefficient of less than 0.22 and adequate resistance to attack from chemicals which are likely to occur in soils and ground water – also available in Ridgicoil flexible coil ducting as well as straight lengths.

BBA Approved Cable Duct

Polypipe’s Ridgiduct street lighting cable duct is a BBA approved cable duct system.

BBA is the British Board of Agrément which issues certificates for construction products and systems and provides inspection services.

Ridgiduct street lighting cable duct was assessed by the BBA to ensure sufficient resistance to chemicals and confirmed elevated temperatures were achieved and the ducting provided adequate durability and strength.
