Prysmian FP200 Flex

Prysmian FP200 Flex is fire resistant cable for use in fire detection and fire alarm systems for buildings, voice alarm systems, emergency lighting systems and other essential service circuits.

FP200 Flex is a hard skin, flexible, easy to install and easy to terminate fire resistant cable and incorporates Insudite cores and especially suitable where a more flexible cable is required.

  • Plain annealed copper stranded (class 2) conductor to meet the requirements of BS EN 60228 class 2
  • High performance damage resistant Insudite insulation, British Standard Type E15
  • FP200 cable is available in brown-blue, brown-black-grey or blue-brown-black-grey
  • Aluminium / Polyester tape screen in contact with full size tinned annealed copper stranded circuit protective conductor
  • Robust thermoplastic LS0H sheath – white or red with other colours available on special order. For external exposure the use of white sheath is recommended
  • Temperature range -25 to +70ºC
  • Bending radius fixed r=4D
  • Medium mechanical impact protection
  • Fire performance BS EN 60332-1-2, BS EN 50266-24
  • Halogen free fire resistant cables – BS EN 60754-1
  • Low smoke emissions – BS EN 61034-2
