The ProGARM 9505 arc flash jacket with Arc 4 Rating using Gore-Tex Pyrad Technology delivers protection in a lightweight and single-layer design. Unlike traditional bulky arc flash jacket the ProGARM® Arc 4 Switching Jacket is crafted to enhance freedom of movement without compromising safety. The soft-for-bending material allows wearers to perform their tasks with greater agility, minimising muscular fatigue even during physically demanding activities.
The ProGARM 9505 jacket is part of the Arc 4 Rated range of Arc Flash Clothing alongside ProGARM 9515 dungaree and 9501 hood, engineered to keep wearers dry and comfortable, even in the most active working conditions. Designed specifically for professionals such as electrical consultants, contractors, and site workers, the suits are ideal for those exposed to high energy environments where Arc Flash incidents of 40 cal/cm² are a risk – this includes protecting utility workers against arc flash risk when carrying out construction and maintenance in LV MV HV substations, switchgear and transformers at typical working voltages to 600/1000V, 11kV and 33kV.
