3M 92-NBA2 Scotchcast resin cable joints are used to straight joint, repair or splice single core and multi-core unarmoured cables with XLPE or EPR insulation and core conductors 6sqmm-16sqmm.

Jointing Airfield Lighting Cables
3M 92-NBA2 resin cable joints are suitable for jointing and cable splicing XLPE, PVC and PE airfield lighting cables including cable duct, trench or direct burial cable installations, including standard single-core screened or non-screened cable.
Cable joints for 5kV primary circuits located between constant current regulators (CCRs) and transformers on the runways are also available.
Airfield lighting heat shrink joints are low voltage cable joint kits that are fully approved by DOE and PSA for use on civilian and military airfields.
