BRMRD1E cable jointing tools manufactured by Alroc are used by MV-HV jointers to remove the XLPE insulation to prepare the cable ready for the installation of cable joints, terminations or connectors.

The Alroc BRMRD1E enables the user to set the length and remove the XLPE insulation with a straight and neat cut on MV cables with primary insulation diameters of 14 – 40mm.
