The Klauke EKM60ID is a compact, high-precision battery-hydraulic crimping tool designed for reliable crimping performance in confined installation environments.

Delivering a powerful 30 – 60 kN crimping force, the EKM60ID is engineered for fine and superfine-stranded copper conductors, supporting crimping applications up to 32 mm diameter depending on connector type.

Powered by a 18 V Li-Ion battery system, the tool provides cordless convenience, fast 45-minute recharge times and a lightweight build of only 1.8 kg including the battery, ideal for mobile, on-site and overhead work.

Its slim, open, 360° rotatable head ensures excellent accessibility, while the intuitive one-button operation allows fast and controlled crimping, even in tight or awkward spaces.

The integrated electronic system continuously monitors the crimping process, includes automatic retraction after each cycle and features a maintenance LED indicator to support optimal tool performance and service scheduling.
