WS 9 Series

Ripley WS 9 Cable Bonded Semi-Con & Shield Shaving Tools are used when splicing, jointing and terminating both HV and LV overhead power, transmission and distribution cables. The WS 9 tools are used to shave bonded semi-con shield and insulation material in a helical, spiral pattern.

The cable jointing tool is ideal for medium and high voltage (5-115kV) cables with an outer diameter from 13.97-57.15mm.
