Prysmian Shoe Cleats are able to offer additional support for high voltage and EHV cables where single point loading and linear expansion need to be considered.
Prysmian Shoe cable cleats are part of the Prysmian Bicon range of cable cleats for cleating and clamping LV, MV and HV cables with diameters between 79mm to 149mm.
Based on the 370 series of aluminium 2 bolt cleats with the cable shoes made from 316L stainless steel with rubber lining, the shoes are specifically designed and formed with the correct bend radius to suit the expansion curve of the high voltage cable.

2 Bolt Cable Cleats
Cable cleats with 2 bolt fixing design are available in aluminium, plastic and high specification LSOH polymer material.
➡ Prysmian also have a range of plastic 2 bolt cable cleats manufactured from black nylon 66 with two piece, two fixing cable cleats for 50-94mm cable diameters.
A Low Smoke Zero Halogen version is also available for use with Prysmian Draka Saffire OHLS and Afumex cables.

BS EN 50368:2003 Cable Cleats for Electrical Installations has been withdrawn and replaced by BS EN 61914:2009.
