“Pictured below is a new build line of 46no L8(S) Towers to a new design, carrying twin Rubus conductor with a Keziah 36 fibre earthwire. The project is constructed for 400kV but will run at 275kV – the overhead line will be the main feed for the South West Scotland (SWS) strengthening works,” Jonathan informs.

Wood have self delivered access works, foundation installation, erection and wiring, the contract has been underway for 2 years and is due for completion this month.
