Alroc LH3
LH3 cable jointing tools manufactured by Alroc are used by LV-MV-HV jointers to remove cable insulation and provide first class cable preparation before the installation of joints, terminations or connectors – the cable preparation tools are quick, light to hold and easy to use by the Jointer when stripping jacket/sheath from LV (Low), Medium (MV) and (HV) High Voltage Cables.
The LH3 manufactured by Alroc and supplied by Thorne & Derrick has a back-iron which enables setting the pitch of the tool allowing it to easily be rotated. Contact T&D for more information.

The LH3 tool manufactured by Alroc is used primarily for the stripping and removal of polymeric (XLPE) insulation from medium and high voltage power cables up to 33kV/66kV with outside insulation diameters up to 80mm.
