Ellis 1FP-18SS Ellis Patents Phoenix cable cleats are designed for the installation of Fire Protection (FP) rated cables – the fireproof cleats are manufactured from stainless steel, easy to fit and are corrosion resistant  – suitable for LV (Low Voltage), MV (Medium Voltage) and HV (High Voltage) power cable circuits.

Ellis 1FP-18SS cable cleats are suitable for securing single-way power cables from between 46-51mm overall cable diameter forming part of the Ellis Patents range of single cable cleats.

Phoenix Cable Cleats form part of the Ellis Patents range of fireproof rated cable cleats.

Cleats tested to BS 8491:2008 and BS 5839-1: 2002, section 26.2d.

Phoenix CABLE CLEATS – INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Installation instructions for single way cables using Phoenix cable cleats manufactured by Ellis Patents:

Position the cable clamp and fixing (not supplied) onto the support structure Install the cable Locate the other half of the cable clamp. Secure a nut and washer (not supplied) to the support structure and tighten Important - Do not over tighten the clamp. The clamp should secure the cable but does not need to be so tight that the cable bulges at either side of the clamp or becomes angled excessively.
