POLYvault™, from Cubis Systems, is a modular access chamber design suitable for foot-way installations and alongside rail tracks. The single wall design results in a very light product, despite its single piece construction.

How does it work? The POLYvault™ access chamber is significantly faster to install than conventional inspection chamber alternatives. Featuring drop-in covers and single wall design, POLYvault™ has a variety of features and sizes available to suit client needs. The system ranges in sizes from 470mm to 2440mm in a selection of depths and clear openings.

Variability in Size

The POLYvault access chamber offers an extensive range in sizes to meet user requirements. Sizes range from 470mm clear openings to 2440mm in size, with a range of concrete infill and composite covers available to compliment and complete the system.

All Weather Construction

Unlike brick-built chambers where freezing temperatures can lead to the halting of work, POLYvault™ can be installed in all types of weather.

Structure & design

Each access chamber possesses vertical and horizontal ribs, resulting in a product that is strong both vertically and on the sidewall. Due to the single wall design of the POLYvault™ access chamber, individual sections are light meaning that they can be manually lifted – materials are significantly lighter than conventional materials that can provide the same inherent strength.

Fast and Easy to Install

Chambers are significantly faster to install than conventional alternatives, with complete installations typically taking up to one hour. This results in reduced costs for the installer, with no specialist equipment or plant required to install chambers.

Drop-in Covers

Access Chamber covers are ‘dropped’ in the inner-lip of the chamber and do not require a frame.

FLEXIBLE during installation

POLYvault™ access chambers can be adapted to suit on-site conditions with standard tools to build over existing networks.

MONObox™ POLYvault™ is manufactured in nitrogen-foamed High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), of which up to 70% is recycled material.

HDPE possesses excellent strength to weight properties.
