Prysmian Orbit | Stainless Steel Cable Cleats (High Fault Current Rated)

Cable Cleats
Stainless Steel Cable Cleats
Prysmian Orbit Cable Cleats are stainless steel cable cleats – the single piece, single fixing cable cleats are ideal for use within the harshest environments under the highest fault conditions providing cable support and protection to low, medium and high voltage power cables with operating temperatures -40°C to +120°C.
Stainless steel cable cleats are extensively specified for supporting and clamping cables in onshore and offshore hazardous area locations where high corrosion resistance to aggressive environments is required.
Prysmian Orbit cable cleats are part of the Prysmian Bicon range of cable cleats for cleating and clamping LV, MV and HV cables with diameters between 33mm to 150mm.
Stainless Steel Cable Cleats
- Suitable for cleating LV MV HV cables with diameters 33-150mm
- Manufactured from non-magnetic, corrosion resistant 316L stainless steel
- Liners are made from LSOH materials
- Orbit cable cleats suitable for standard and LSOH cable sheaths
- Can be used in harsh environments and with all standard ladder and tray systems
- Cleats fixed to the support structure with a single bolt
- Operating temperature -40ºC to +120ºC
- Stainless steel cable cleats comply with IEC 61914
