Prysmian Ranger Cable Cleats are self-adjusting two piece, single fixing plastic cable cleats providing cable support and protection against all weather conditions with operating temperatures -20°C to +90°C.

Prysmian Ranger cable cleats are part of the Bicon range of cable cleats for cleating and clamping cables with diameters between 13mm to 76mm made from ABS providing excellent oil and chemical resistance.

2 Bolt Cable Cleats

Cable cleats with 2 bolt fixing design are available in aluminium, plastic and high specification Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSOH) polymer material.

➡ Prysmian also have a range of plastic 2 bolt cable cleats manufactured from black nylon 66 with two piece, two fixing cable cleats for 50-94mm cable diameters.

A Low Smoke Zero Halogen version is also available for use with Prysmian Draka Saffire OHLS and Afumex cables.

Installing RANGER CABLE CLEATS

The cable cleat should be mounted on suitable M10 fixings. There is no need for any channel adaptor when mounting on to a ‘C’ section channel. SWL data based upon the use of commercial grade 4.6 mild steel.
