CLAMPING SYSTEM

Ultra-Lok, manufactured by BAND-IT, is the strongest stainless steel band clamping system available for use with LV MV HV cables, pipes, hoses and umbilicals in onshore and offshore locations – the clamping system is designed for fast installation and to provide tight clamping force and a gap-free inside diameter.

These Ultra-Lok Stainless Steel bands are made from single or double wrapped 1/4″ hardened 201 grade stainless steel banding.

Ultra-Lok clamping system is faster and stronger alternative to band and buckles
The smooth inside diameter band clamp eliminates leak paths on cables and hoses
The clamps lock under full tension to maximise clamping force
A thicker clamping buckle which is 2-3 times stronger than other banding clamps
Ultra-Lok bands are ideal for heavy duty bundling and on-site repairs
Band thickness – 0.030″ 0.76mm
Clamps can be applied using BAND-IT Tools – Order Code UL4000 | UL9010
