Cable drum trailers are designed and supplied specifically for “Off Road Use”.

The Site Cable Drum Trailers are all fitted with some form of brake system, hand parking facility and basic vehicle lights – although not built to conform with EEC braking/lighting directives certain Non EEC countries have operated these units on the highway under the proviso that towing speeds indicated must not be exceeded at full rated payload.

All cable drum trailers incorporate the same drum handling features and in some cases additional options as the Highway Range. The SEB range is now able to cater for drum sizes up to 2800mm wide and 5000mm diameter with a maximum payload 48,000kgs – all drum widths stated are with drum locking collars fitted to spindles.

Specially designed for LV HV power cables, our Cable Drum Trailers provide mobility, safety and efficiency when transporting, pulling and laying heavy cables and drums – provide ease of drum rotation for dispensation of the cables into the trench.
