The Sudkabel Cable Accessories range of dry compact cable terminations consists of the EHSVS Cable Termination, designed for Gas Insulated Switchgear, used in SF6 enclosures and the EHTVS Cable Termination, designed for use in oil-filled transformer enclosures.

Sudkabel Outdoor Cable Terminations Filled With Liquid Insulation | EHFVC & EHFV
Sudkabel’s Outdoor Liquid-Filled Insulated Cable Terminations includes the EHFVC, manufactured with a composite insulator made of fibreglass-reinforced plastic support tubing with integrally case sheds of high-grade silicone rubber. The EHFV Cable Termination variant is also available, manufactured with a porcelain insulator. The composite and porcelain insulator variants offer maximum operating voltages of 72.5kV up to 550kV, which meets the cable standard requirements of either IEC 60840 & IEC 60815 (72.5kV up to 170kV) or IEC 62067 & IEC 60815 (245kV up to 550kV).

EHFVCS is a safe and reliable solution, with operating voltages of 245kV up to 550kV, this Sudkabel cable accessory reduces risk of partial discharge and failure due to its gas insulation and field control.

The slim-line, one piece design of the silicone rubber heat shrink Sudkabel EHV HV Cable Joints SEHDV, offers operating voltages from 72.5kV up to 550kV. Part of the high voltage Sudkabel Cable Accessories, Cable Joints And Terminations range, the SEHDV Joint includes an integrated metallic water barrier, allows for connection of conductors with different cross-sections and materials and includes cable corrosion protection for standard-variant with one or more heat-shrinkable tubing for voltage levels up to 170kV; from 245kV to 550kV only for installations in air.
Alternatively, the three-part extra high voltage and high voltage Sudkabel SEHDVCB Cable Joint (HV & EHV) can be used for operating voltages from 245kV up to 420kV. SEHDVCB consists of an epoxy-resin body and two field control elements made of silicone and rubber. This type of EHV HV Cable Joint can also be used to connect cables with two completely different constructions.
