Klauke EKM60/22 Cable Crimping Tool
The Klauke EKM60/22 is a battery powered cable crimping tool that has a large crimping range for cable lugs and connectors from 6sqmm up to 300sqmm and a LV MV HV power cable crimping force of 60kN – suitable for interchangeable dies, series 22 and narrow crimping of cables.
Klauke Cable Crimping Tools are available with a Bosch or Makita battery systems, operating at battery voltages of 18V, providing flexibility for preferred battery system power selection. The Klauke EKM60/22 is a battery powered hydraulic cable crimping tool with a crimping range between 6-300sqmm, designed to create secure connections between wires and connectors by deforming the connector onto the wire, ensuring a strong bond. Crimping tools are purposed to join electrical wires, network cables, coaxial cables and more.
The Klauke EKM 60/22 Hydraulic Crimping Tool uses the new Klauke Link App, a newly developed mobile platform which allows all tool data to be viewed at a glance, with a smart interface. The app provides an interface to Klauke devices which are equipped with Bluetooth technology.

The Klauke EKM60/22 is a compact, high-precision battery-hydraulic crimping tool designed for reliable crimping performance in confined installation environments.
Delivering a powerful 60 kN crimping force, the EKM60ID is engineered for fine and superfine-stranded copper conductors, supporting crimping applications up to 32 mm diameter depending on connector type.
Powered by a 18 V Li-Ion battery system, the tool provides cordless convenience, fast 45-minute recharge times and a lightweight build of only 3 kg including the battery, ideal for mobile, on-site and overhead work.
