Pbwel CE60 Sparrow Plate EFP-16710 is suitable for the temporary earthing of transmission line conductors and overhead power lines within the range 132kV, 275kV and 400kV and have a short current rating of 36kA/1s and a continuous current rating of 600A.

The CE60 Sparrow Plate is a multiple earth tower bonding plate for the control of induced currents and provides a common point of connection for earths, which will permit the safe and effective control of induced currents and short circuits.

The CE60 Sparrow Plate MK2 (POST-2014) fits up to six Conductor Earths and up to six further equipment earths with PB50F ferrule terminations. Provision for up to four interconnecting leads (120 sq.mm) with PB120F ferrule terminations.

Also available is the CE84 Transmission line DrESS tee connector employing cable clamps for use with bonds having PB120F ferrule terminations and a CE60 Sparrow Plate fitting kit is available.

The short circuit rating for the CE60 Sparrow Plates is 31.5kA/1s and the continuous current rating is 900A and the CE84 is 36kA/1s with a continuous current rating of 600A.

Pre-2014 CE60 Sparrow Plates can be refurbished and modified to suit the post 2014 design upon request.
