Nexans Euromold Interface F separable connectors are for terminating MV-HV cables – a complete range of symmetrical tee and elbow connectors for the termination of medium/high voltage cables into gas insulated (GIS) switchgear, transformers, motors and substations up to 42kV. The separable tee shape connectors (bolted type) are designed to connect polymeric insulated cables onto outer cone Interface F type bushings of medium voltage electrical equipment. The slip-on technology separable connectors from Nexans are suitable for use with stranded copper or aluminium conductors and supplied with optional shearbolt or compression lugs (AWG or Metric), 240-1200sqmm.

Full supporting range of Euromold tee 42kV connectors, coupling connectors and equipment bushings suitable for Interface F bushings according to CENELEC EN 50180 and 50181.

Euromold Interface F connectors are suitable for termination of polymeric (XLPE EPR) insulated cables with copper wire or copper tape screen, wire armoured (SWA/AWA), wire braided or unarmoured cables into MV-HV Electrical Equipment with Interface F bushings.

Select the Nexans Euromold connector part number from the below table which provides  the best centring of your core insulation diameter and substitute X according to your conductor size and type. For 24kV connectors add a “K”, for 33kV/36kV connectors add a “M” and for 42kV add a “P”.

Euromold Connector Order Example – the MV-HV cable to be terminated is XLPE insulation 36kV with 1000sqmm stranded aluminium with a diameter over core insulation of 52mm. Order Code: Euromold M909TB/G-S-43-1000AL1.

Bushing extender provides an extension to allow cables to stand away from equipment and is used in conjunction with Euromold 400CP, 440CP or 440PB coupling connector.
