Interface A bushing connectors are screened separable connectors available as elbow or straight type design for the termination of medium/high voltage cables onto electrical equipment including MV-HV switchgear and transformers with bushings type A Interface (7.9mm pin type) – note these are deadbreak separable connectors, not loadbreak type.
The Prysmian range of Screened Separable Connectors are suitable for the connection and cable termination of Medium & High Voltage Cables with XLPE EPR insulation and either copper wire or copper tape screen cables, typically at 24kV into Gas Insulated Switchgear & Electrical Equipment with Interface A Bushings type.

Selection Guide
1. Select a Prysmian Kit Reference that corresponds to the cable diameter over insulation for the medium/high voltage cable.
*Model with adaptor
Example:Â 22kV single core copper 95sqmm cable with copper wire screen. Diameter over insulation is 23.9mm. Elbow type connector required.
