The Petrol Capstan Winch is designed by CBS Products for overhead lines to provide reliable safe vehicle lifting operations for 11/33kV work and maintenance requirements. Winching is controlled via a proportional hydraulic valve giving the operator precise control over the load when needed or high speed if necessary.

Cable Winch Design Features
The C-1210-500-1 Petrol Capstan Winch is a lightweight at just 8.5kg, therefore enabling easy handling and smooth running. This unit is designed for the operator to use from a safe distance, by gently pulling the rope of the throttle control unit, the load is pulled.
Fitted with a rope brake that ensures a users safety during operation, as soon as the rope is release by the operator, the winch will stop, preventing unintentional sliding back.
