The Construction winch is designed by CBS Products for overhead lines to provide reliable and safe lifting operations for 11/33kV work and maintenance requirements. Winching is controlled via a proportional hydraulic valve giving the operator precise control over the load when needed or high speed if necessary.
Designed to tow behind even small vehicles, the Overhead Line Construction Winch has operational stability provided by ground anchors on the towbar or by employing the towing vehicle as an anchor.

Winch Design key Features
- Powerful winch:Â mounted on a robust steel chassis with a single axle trailer facility for site manoeuvrability. The engine – fitted with electric start – powers the drive spindle of the drum via a gearbox and hydraulic circuit designed to achieve smooth control of the winding operation.

Winch Specification
